B4. Documentation that the applicant can, in case of a contract, provide a bank guarantee by a bank acceptable to DONG Energy or guarantee commitment of 10 % of the contract value as security for meeting his obligation to deliver.

The power plant will be built in Greifswald, Germany. In order to have the contract notice listed under Germany, the contracting entity stated in section I.1 is a German subsidiary of DONG Energy A/S. However, the contract will be entered into by the company DONG Energy Generation A/S, Kraftværksvej 53, DK-7000 Fredericia, Denmark, a Danish registered company. At a later stage, the contract will most likely be transferred to the company stated in section I.1.
